Hello, i was wondering what kinda university degree you need to become a language teacher in high school in Australia? I heard that in USA you only need a BA degree from university to teach at high schools (but i do not want to work in USA lol). I would like to teach my mother tongue in Australia. Does anybody know how to become a teacher and what kind of degree one needs??

You need a four year Bachelor of Education or a 3-4 year Bachelor of Arts WITH a one year Grad Dip of Education to teach in a high school in Australia.
